I like to live life in 2X speed. Not because I have unlimited energy (although eat enough carbs and it can be true), but because I have unlimited dreams. And I genuinely believe they each are possible. My work evolves around helping others catch onto that same passion fuel and come alive in their life.
So here's the lowdown:
- I have been an ultra athlete for 5+ years
- I began competing in triathlon in 2022
- I average 17 hours of training a week
- I'm a certified Life Coach through the ICF
- I've been studying sport physiology for 5 years
- I've worked with a dietician for 3+ years
There's so much to learn, which is why I dedicate 4 hours weekly to staying informed on:
- athletic perform and development
- nutrition and fuelling
- race courses and performance expectations
- motivational interviewing
- the psychology of endurance
- ...and everything inbetween
I'm blessed to train in one of the prettiest spots in the country, alongside my husband Jack and our way-too-cute puppy George. Each year I design a one-of-a-kind ultra event to raise money for charity. In the past few years its included:
A 500KM Barefoot Run
A 1000KM Cycle
A 25HR Continuous Run
A 300KM Triathlon
...and we're just getting started.
