I like to live life in 2X speed. Not because I have unlimited energy (although eat enough carbs and it can be true), but because I have unlimited dreams. And I genuinely believe they each are possible. My work evolves around helping others catch onto that same passion fuel and come alive in their life.

So here's the lowdown:

  • I have been an ultra athlete for 5+ years
  • I began competing in triathlon in 2022
  • I average 17 hours of training a week
  • I'm a certified Life Coach through the ICF
  • I've been studying sport physiology for 5 years
  • I've worked with a dietician for 3+ years

There's so much to learn, which is why I dedicate 4 hours weekly to staying informed on:

  • athletic perform and development
  • nutrition and fuelling
  • race courses and performance expectations
  • motivational interviewing
  • the psychology of endurance
  • ...and everything inbetween

I'm blessed to train in one of the prettiest spots in the country, alongside my husband Jack and our way-too-cute puppy George. Each year I design a one-of-a-kind ultra event to raise money for charity. In the past few years its included:

  1. A 500KM Barefoot Run
  2. A 1000KM Cycle
  3. A 25HR Continuous Run
  4. A 300KM Triathlon

...and we're just getting started.
